You won’t have to do without Valais’ culinary staples such as the Fondue Chinoise, which is offered once a week, or the long-standing hotel tradition unique in Grächen of flame-grilled à la carte meals such as
- Fillet of beef à la Russe
- Scampi with homemade absinthe
- Veal kid / Lamb fillet tips flambéed on juniper , and much more.
As part of the half-board we pamper you daily with the lovingly cooked 4-course evening meal, including from the vegetarian kitchen. Our younger guests are delighted with the children's menu of choice.

The "Valais delicacies" label is awarded to those restaurateurs who bring out local products and dishes to the delight of all lovers of honest and fresh enjoyment. All the more we are proud to be the only restaurant in Grächen to be there again.

Here we cook for you from 18.00 to 21.00 clock the delicacies from our à la carte card. With regional products, with recipes from the classic kitchen, but also typical "Valais" must not be missing. Reserve your table in time.
