The perfect start to an unforgettable holiday.
As the saying goes, “the best days start with breakfast”, our breakfast buffet offers: A wide selection of bread and baked good, up to 10 varieties. A cooking corner with boiled eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs and bacon. Enjoy a large selection of regional cheeses, homemade jams, honey, nut breads, cold cuts, yogurts, Bircher Meusli, fresh fruit salad, fruit juices as well as a specialized automatic coffee machine awaits you.

Domestic sausages and air-dried meat production

It could not get more authentic and regional - the traditional Spycher Hauswurst and air-dried meats are made from specially selected ingredients combined with dedication, patience and experience for this unique production of meats where you can taste the difference.

For our younger guests

In our Panoramic Room there is a spacious play room, which has something to interest young and older children. Various toys provide exciting entertainment and guarantee lots of fun. In summer your children can play in the hotel's very own playground directly in front of the Hotel Hannigalp. Enjoy carefree playtime in a car-free Grächen.

Absinth

At the Grächerhof, “change does not change tradition, it strengthens it.” In the past, It was said that in the village, the windows were covered-up in the off-season and at times smelled strongly of alcohol. Today, the former hotel owner’s family still distil their own absinthe and this exceptional product is sold exclusively at the Grächerhof. Enjoy an absinthe ritual with ice water and sugar that is set alight and allowed to burn until it caramelises.
